Can I place an order with a name other than mine?

No, you must use the same name for all parcels received on your account. The name must be the same as the one you use on the ColisExpat website.
In case of absence of your customer reference on the parcel, we would be unable to identify it as yours! The parcel will be stored in our warehouse for 60 days, waiting for you to claim it.
